Ministry Description: FCC is seeking candidates for our Senior Minister/Pastor, as our previous minister retired and relocated. We are currently utilizing Pulpit Supply services to cover Sunday morning services. The mission of our church is to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to give God the glory in all things, and to welcome all who come. At FCC we believe you will not find a perfect people or a perfect pastor, but you will find a perfect God. We believe in a God-called ministry and that God has someone appointed and qualified to lead us at this particular time in the ministry to which the church is called. We believe this person would be Christian whose record reflects moral character, life training, and doctrinal stability that has prepared him/her to lead our church. The candidate would have a pastor’s heart, a love for people, a soul-winner’s compassion, and a record of pastoral service indicative of spiritual insight and understanding.
