Ministry Description: Are you a servant-hearted leader passionate about discipling youth, equipping families, and shepherding a church body? Driftwood Christian Church is searching for an Associate Family Minister to join our leadership team! Located in southern Indiana, Driftwood is a vibrant church family dedicated to leading people to a life-changing connection with Jesus Christ.

Why This Role?

Intentional Flexibility: We shape specific ministry responsibilities around the unique gifts and strengths God brings through the right candidate.

Relational Impact: Focus on youth and family discipleship, volunteer leadership development, and sharing in pastoral teaching and care.

Housing Included: Total compensation includes salary commensurate with experience plus a newly remodeled church parsonage—we just finished updating the home so you and your family can move in without lifting a finger!

If you meet biblical leadership qualifications, love the local church, and thrive in team-based ministry, we’d love to connect!
